Your parcel is precious
The payment gateway is Stripe a secure payment provider behind many well known e-commerce websites. Be assured that your details are safe and professionally administered by Stripe for the sole purpose of providing payment for your lovely new pieces.
Your order is really important to us, so your items will be carefully wrapped and sent to you in a timely way. Our aim is for dispatch within 48 hours of your order being received.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail at a flat rate of £3.95 (this includes the cost of packaging materials) unless otherwise specified in the product information. If your parcel is large (or heavy) then it will be sent via Hermes.
If you need to receive your parcel urgently, please get in touch using the form below and we can arrange for your item to be sent Special Delivery at cost.
Orders places at the weekend will be posted on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Your parcel will be wrapped in a combination of new and recycled materials.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If an item is damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your parcel. You can get in touch using the form below. We will ask you to supply photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
We hope you love your piece, but if it isn’t what you were expecting we don’t want you to be disappointed so please get in touch within 7 days to arrange a return. Unfortunately we cannot cover the return postage costs.
